How can we incorporate problem based learning into our curriculum?
What an utter disaster...VC was unsuccessful to other end (presenter could not display .ppt to our end.The staff from AZ discussed their PBL experiences but there was no discussion of the tech aspects or research presented to link PBL to student achievement.
In an envirenment of explicit instruction, we must continue to strice to look for opportunitiies to inject problem based opportunities to get to critical thinking within explicit instruction. This session did not look like it would provide that information.
I left for my 11am session halfway through their preso.
