There is also a TSS in each building for strictly technical support - 1.0 in high school, .5 in middle, and .4 in elementary.
Schools are separated into neighborhood zones for support purposes
Support 4 different things: software, HW, curriculum, teacher/human skills
Mentoring, neighborhood, central office support, small group and large group meetings
Mentors are selected for their ability to collaborate and support
140 elementary schools divided into about a dozen "zones"
